Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy, subject to the terms below, is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase where you qualify for such refund. If you are not satisfied with our Service for any reason, you can ask for a full refund, subject to the terms of this Refund Policy and the Ceniqa Learning Platform and Live Online Courses Terms and Conditions.

If the period of 14 days has lapsed since your purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

Ceniqa Learning Platform 

Where your Order consists of a purchase of a Subscription or access to the Ceniqa Learning Platform that has not been immediately made available to you following completion of your Order, you have no right to cancel such Order or receive a refund.
Where such content has not been made available to you, you have the right to cancel such purchase of access to the Ceniqa Platform and receive a refund of the Fees on a pro rata basis provided such refund has been asked for within 14 calendar days of the purchase and that the Services or any content on the Ceniqa Learning Platform have not been accessed, downloaded or used in any way, in whole or in part.

 

However, at the moment of placing your Order and purchasing access to the Ceniqa Learning Platform, you ticked a box to confirm that you consent for access to the Ceniqa Learning Platform to be made available immediately and that you acknowledged that this means you lose your right to cancel.

 Live Online Courses 

Where your Order consists of a purchase of a Subscription containing access to the Live Online Courses, or your Order is for a Live Online Course as a standalone purchase, you have no right to cancel such Order or receive a refund.

At the moment of placing your Order and purchasing the Services that contain Live Online Course(s), you ticked a box to confirm that you consent for access to the Live Online Course to start immediately and that you acknowledged that this means you lose your right to cancel.

Faulty or corrupt online content 

You have a right to a refund or replacement for faulty or corrupt online content.

Cancellation and/or Refund of Subscriptions

Where you have signed up to a Subscription, you have committed to the entire term of that Subscription as indicated in the Order, and notified to you prior to purchase/subscription. You are not entitled to refunds of such Subscription, save in limited cases set out in our Terms and Conditions, and must pay all sums due under such Subscriptions, unless you have a right to refund or replacement for faulty or corrupt online content made available to you via the Services.

How to ask for a refund?

You may fill out the Cancellation Form below if you would like to cancel your purchase and get a refund, provided that the conditions above have been satisfied. Once you have filled in this form, you will receive an email confirmation from us stating that we have received your form. Then, if we are satisfied that the Services have not been used and no content provided, and that the request has been sent within the first 14 days from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund within 14 days of receiving your request.

Please note, you have the right to contact us for a refund directly via letter or email using the details below under the section- “Contacting Us”, however, we would recommend using the above Cancellation Form for ease of processing your request.

If you have paid for the services via our designated payment services provider, Stripe, your refund will also be issued via the applicable provider or to the payment method that you originally used (such as your bank card).

Please note, if you paid for a service in whole or in part through the use of points, vouchers, tokens, or any such method of payment, the refund will also be issued to reflect this original method and medium of payment.
